Applying Ateb–Gabor Filters to Biometric Imaging Problems

This article presents a new method of image filtering based on kind processing transformation, particularly the wavelet-Ateb–Gabor that is wider basis for Gabor functions. Ateb functions are symmetric The developed type makes it possible to perform transformation and obtain better biometric recognition results than traditional filters allow.
